If your KYC is Stuck / Got Rejected / Has Been Processing

If you were able to submit your documents but your status is not resolved, our compliance team will need to conduct a manual review. Please message us on Website. You can find the chat here

The Ideal Document for POA

The ideal document for proof of address should be

1. in English Language.
2. Less than 3 months old
3. Should clearly state your First and Last name (Matched with your name on ID)
4. Should clearly show your address.

You can use a bank statement or a utility bill for proof of address. Bank statements automatically get processed so if you can upload Bank statement, thats best.

If you can figure it on your own, it would be way faster. Manual review will take too much time and for now we can not speed up specific cases.

First, please try to convert PDF into a PNG or other image types.

I submitted KYC/POA as a country X but I need to change to a country Y

Please send us a message on Website and share your latest proof of address. I am a citizen of country X but live in a country Y

If you are a Resident of sanctioned countries, you can not use Legion's platform currently. Is my eligibility based on KYC or POA?
